If your switching pest control companies, we will waive the initial fee. You only pay the regular service price!

(For rodents there is a one time fee for equipment, Offer valid only within the 90 days of last service)

• All ants (including carpenter and pavement) One time services start at $250.00 with 45 day warranty

• Spiders - One time service starts at $250.00 with 45 day warranty.

• Wasp/Yellowjackets/Hornets - One time service starting at $225.00 with a 45 day warranty.

• One time services start at $250.00. (Includes Fleas, Cockroaches, Carpet Beetles, etc...) Call for more info.

• Boxelder/Stink Bugs- One time service starting at $300. No warranty but do offer a touch up service after 14 days.

• Mosquito Control- We offer a seasonal monthly mosquito control. Initial Depends on yard size and monthly services starting at $50.00

         *Seasonal service start is weather dependent (March or April) 6 monthly services*

• Rodents - Short Term 90 day service - Starting at 400.00 This program includes initial setup, 2-3 weekly follow ups as needed on the first month and 2 - 30 day maintenance services.

• Rodents Long Term (Yearly Maintenance Service)- Services starting at $50.00
